By downloading or using RhythmX, you automatically agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before using the Application.
Intellectual Property
Unauthorized copying or modification of the Application, any part of it, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Attempts to extract the source code, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted.
All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
Service & Charges
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Application or charge for their services at any time and for any reason. Any charges for the Application or its services will be clearly communicated to you.
Your Responsibilities
The Application stores and processes personal data you have provided in order to deliver the Service. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your phone and access to the Application.
The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your phone. Such actions could expose your device to malware, compromise security features, and may result in the Application not functioning correctly or at all.
Third-Party Services
The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions:

Some functions require an active internet connection. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of Wi-Fi or exhausted data allowance.
Data & Mobile Charges
If you use the application outside of a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider's agreement terms still apply. You may incur charges for data usage, including roaming charges if used outside your home territory without disabling data roaming.
If you are not the bill payer for the device, it is assumed you have obtained permission from the bill payer before using the Application.
Updates & Termination
The Service Provider may update the Application at some point. Operating system requirements may change, and you may need to download updates to continue using the Application.
The Service Provider does not guarantee the Application will always be compatible with the operating system version on your device. You agree to always accept updates when offered.
The Service Provider may cease providing the Application and terminate its use at any time without notice. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you will end and you must cease using and delete the Application.
Changes to These Terms
The Service Provider may periodically update these Terms and Conditions. You are advised to review this page regularly. Changes will be posted here when they take effect.
